What is the current state of blockchain industry, legal framework and what future in Thailand do you see?
Thailand is a small Asian country. But to my surprise, the Thai regulator has been quite active in trying to get out a very clear legal framework in regulation when it's come to dealing with crypto.
They didn't just ban crypto just becuase there were some scam. They still look positively about the whole thing. They do believe that it is a good option for a startup to raise money but it has to be done the right way. They wanted to prevent an investor from getting scammed by non-quality ICO.
They come up with framework to regulate the ICO process by establishing a screening commitee or they call it ICO portal. Any company who want to launch an ICO in Thailand, has to go through a portal and get approval so that they say it's a quality project, it has a value business model, it has a decenty behind it. So now an investor can rest assured that whatever the ICO coming out from the portal is not something that they gonna get their money scammed for.
